Signature Staging Solutions was born out of a passion for creating and capturing beautiful, functional spaces that deliver results. After exciting careers in advertising as a National Account Executive with award-winning magazines in the home and garden industries and later, in Sales and Marketing for a large IT firm, it was time to act on my entrepreneurial spirit and start my dream business in Residential Home Staging and Real Estate Listing Photography.

How Staging Works
Step 1: The Consultation
The Consultation is an expert evaluation of the property and scope of work needed to design a personalized plan that attracts potential buyers.
It begins with a visit to the property and a discussion with the seller followed by a complete home walkthrough addressing the ‘condition’ tasks that need to be completed before putting the house on the market. Condition tasks could include painting, furniture removal, de-cluttering and repairing deferred maintenance.
This important first step simplifies the process and so you won’t have to wonder where to begin. Our Action Plan includes a step-by-step, room-by-room strategy, eliminating the stress of preparing your home for a sale.
Step 2: Staging the Home
Leading up to your installation date, we’ll source on-trend inventory, perfect your home’s design, and oversee the project to ensure efficiency.
Then, the fun begins! We’ll execute our design plan, putting all of the pieces into place for a beautiful and functional space. We’ll hand-deliver and set up all of the furnishings, artwork, and accessories to transform your space into a magazine-worthy interior. We’ll even return your home to its original state when the work is done.
